
Port Terminal Digital Twin System
A port digital twin project focused on equipment simulation, IoT data integration, and overall system orchestration.

Background
Designed for port terminal operation control and large-screen display, aiming to integrate the terminal scene, equipment simulation, IoT data, surveillance linkage, energy management, and business panels into a single 3D system.
Core Challenge
1. Portal cranes, quayside cranes, and gantry cranes require multi-axis linkage and real-time status representation. 2. High-frequency MQTT equipment data needs stable mapping to 3D actions and UI. 3. Numerous terminal business panels require a unified system of UI, scene, and data.
Solution
Built the terminal 3D scene using Unity URP, applying DOTween and FastIK for portal crane multi-axis linkage simulation. Accessed equipment status and movement data via MQTT. Completed longitude/latitude to 3D coordinate mapping using GeoAPI, and developed 20+ functional panels.
Result & Value
Completed UI design, scene construction, simulation development, data integration, and system orchestration. Supported terminal operation control and large-screen display, realizing equipment-level digital twins, surveillance linkage, and multi-dimensional business data visualization.
